Prince William has made up his mind and he’s certainly not changing. There’s a new report that suggests the future king of England doesn’t think it’s necessary for anyone to meet with his little brother Prince Harry. The two have been estranged now for several years.
Royal Family News: Prince William Doesn’t Want Anyone Meeting With Prince Harry
This comes after a report that said King Charles had an hour-long meeting with Prince Harry in London recently. Things went so well during the meeting that there’s even talk about bringing the Duke of Sussex back into the royal fold.
But for the Prince of Wales, he feels as though Prince Harry doesn’t deserve another chance given all the things he’s said and done in the past, and especially about the royal family.
To this very day Prince William just can’t give Harry for writing his memoir, Spare, and detailing the awful fight that they had about Meghan Markle.
It got so bad that William supposedly pushed Harry on the floor and into a dog bowl. William feels as though it was unnecessary to detail what had happened to the entire world.
Royal Family News: What’s Next For William And Harry
Tom Sykes of the Daily Beast certainly did have a lot to say about the matter. He put it this way, “William is guided not just by personal grievance but by public opinion, which is firmly against a reunion. He was right about Andrew, his friends say, and he is right about Harry.”
Sykes continued, “I actually think he is right as well. You can’t let people say things like that about you or your wife. William’s friends are blunt. He sees the danger in a way his father does not. Charles, ever the conciliator, believes he is embodying forgiveness.”
“In fact, he is gambling the monarchy’s reputation on a distinction—the private family versus the public institution—that the public, by and large, refuses to make.”
So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter just yet. Watch this space for more.
