Naomi Hawthorne’s Pregnancy News
The Beyond the Gates promo for the week of September 29 opens with Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges) happily shocked. He tells Naomi Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit) that he can’t believe they are having a baby!
He goes on to say, “Okay, we have to level up!” While Jacob seems over the moon, Naomi doesn’t look overly pleased. In fact, she looks stressed!
Welcome Donnell McBride
While Donnell McBride (Alex Cheeks) grew up in Fairmont Crest, next week will mark the first time BTG fans see him in storylines. During the preview, he’s in a confrontation with Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom) at the casino.
Doug McBride (Jason Graham) and Vanessa McBride’s (Lauren Buglioli) son warns the casino owner that he and his family are issuing a wrongful death suit against the casino in light of his father’s demise.
Donnell tells Joey, he’s not only suing the casino, but the bartender, and won’t stop until his establishment is shut down!
Dani Dupree & Bill Hamilton’s Kiss
Across town, Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) is shown with her new husband, Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman), as the freelance photographer asks her if he can move in.
While Dani doesn’t seem like she wants to agree to this, as scenes shift, a clip is shown of her and Bill Hamilton (Timon Durrett) kissing in his office! As they pull away, Dani coyly asks Bill, “Is that the look of shame?”
The final scene in the Beyond the Gates preview for the week of September 29 reveals Chelsea Hamilton (RhonniRose Mantilla) and Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Muhammad) launching their “at-home” shopping experience. Kat is super excited, while Chelsea seems very nervous.
Samantha Richardson (Najah Jackson) is wearing headphones and staring at a computer as she counts down to them going live. Both women plaster on a smile behind a ChelseaKat backdrop, and the BTG preview comes to a close.
