General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Friday, September 26, 2025. It shows Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) making a toast to Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) memory.

Ned Quartermaine’s Toast
The preview opens showing Ned with Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero), Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), back at the Quartermaine mansion, with bevies in their hands as they all toast Monica.
Ned proclaims that Monica wasn’t just one of them, she was the best of them. They all nod their heads in agreement.

Monica Quartermaine’s Funeral Aftermath
The preview clip for today’s episode also shows Laura Collins (Genie Francis) getting emotional. As she thinks about Monica, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) makes her mother a promise. The blonde says she’ll help her to remember.
Meanwhile, Olivia and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) have a tense conversation in the kitchen. Olivia notes, “If he shows up at the house, that’ll say even more.”
Are they talking about Drew or Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza)? Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase (Amanda Setton) thought it was a good sign that Gio showed up at the funeral (even though he didn’t sit with her).
As such, if he ends up coming to the mansion for the reception – which spoiler alert … he does – then Olivia may think that the family could be inching closer to bonding with Gio once again.
Speaking of Gio, he’s in the preview. In a clip, at the mansion, it looks like Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is telling a story about Monica, and the young man enthusiastically states, “Well, don’t keep us in suspense!”
It’s nice to see Gio bonding with Jason and some of the other Qs and Falconeris/Corinthos family members who had nothing to do with what Louis Cerullo (Rena Sofer) did.

Drew Cain’s Vengeful Vow
Meanwhile, the last thing fans saw, everyone was making speeches at Monica’s funeral. Then, Drew suddenly burst through the doors in his wheelchair.
While nobody wants him there and he certainly wasn’t invited, the congressman will insist on saying a final goodbye to his mother. However, I wonder if Drew also has something else in mind.
General Hospital spoilers for Friday, September 26 reveal that Drew is back at the hospital with Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight). It sounds like Drew doesn’t get what he wanted when crashing Monica’s funeral.
The congressman says with ruthless determination that he will stop at NOTHING!

Tracy Quartermaine’s Trespasser
There is also Tracy, who faces a stranger. The matriarch runs into a blonde woman (Erika Slezak). Tracy demands to know who she is and why she’s trespassing on private property. There is speculation that this woman could be Monica’s secret sister.
While the Q’s are welcoming, it is suspicious that this woman doesn’t show up until after Monica is dead. Is there a reason for that? Maybe there is a reason why Monica never mentioned her.
