General Hospital recap is finally in for Wednesday, September 24, 2025. In today’s episode, Nathan West (Ryan Peavey) wakes up but has no memory of the last seven years.
Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) wants to resume her fling with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). Plus, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofre) finds Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott).
Nathan West’s Amnesia
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) sobs and asks how Nathan is there. The blonde trots off to find a doctor. When she runs into Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), she cries about Nathan. She’s sure that is her brother!
Gannon arrives and sees Nathan. The doctor tells the women that Nathan has a concussion but is otherwise stable. They found a scar on his chest, probably from a gunshot wound.

Everyone files into Nathan’s hospital room. They want to know what the last thing he remembers is. Nathan remembers Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) shooting him. When the patient is told that happened seven years ago, he is in disbelief.
There was no cell phone and the car was listed as being destroyed in Mississippi. Nathan thinks this is all outrageous and ridiculous! He demands to see Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).
That is when Nina tells him about Maxie’s coma. The woman explains that James West (Gary James Fuller) is a very adventurous boy who is named after his father.
When Nathan tries to get up and assumes this was a coma, Nina interjects. She explains that Nathan was declared dead. Nathan is stunned. Does Maxie know he’s alive?

Felicia Scorpio Overhears
Over at the stables, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) overhears James and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). The blonde hears the little boy wondering if his mom is watching over him.
Felicia shows up and James goes trotting off. Felicia explains Nathan’s mysterious return. Felicia freaks out as James has never met his father, and Maxie needs to be there. Cody tells her to take a breath, one step at a time. The little boy returns.
Trina Robinson Questioned
General Hospital recaps for the September 24 episode note that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) questions Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) about how much she overheard. The father explains that he and Portia Robison (Brook Kerr) have internal issues, and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) wasn’t part of that.
Curtis will always love Trina, and will always respect Portia as her mother. Trina exits and Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) appears. The discussion turns to Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting. Curtis admits he doesn’t trust Portia.
Portia Robinson’s Declaration
At the hospital, Portia runs into Jordan. The doctor says Curtis is at his house. Jordan doesn’t want to get involved in their problems., However, Portia apologizes for blaming Jordan. Then, announces her marriage is over and trots off.

Ned Quartermaine’s Confession
On a plane, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) worry about Tracy. Ned talks about his affair with Monica.
The man explains the story and that he didn’t know who she was at the time. Ned gushes about how amazing the woman was.
Tracy Quartermaine Found
In Atlantic City, Tracy is gambling. Lois shows up and tries to cheerfully advise the matriarch. Tracy just wants some peace but Lois won’t stop yapping.
They talk about Lois keeping Brook Lynn from Ned. When Lois admits she was wrong, Tracy is shocked. The brunette says losing someone close to you causes reflections.
Lois keeps talking about facing death, only irritating Tracy more. The matriarch finally erupts and says nobody needs her showing up at Monica’s funeral!
Ned walks in and sees Tracy. He announces that BLQ is on the boardwalk. Lois leaves and Tracy starts to cry about Monica. Ned warns she will regret not going to the funeral.
On the boardwalk, Lois finds BLQ. They talk about Monica and Tracy. The brunette is proud of BLQ for working with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening). She’s also sorry about Maxie.

Trina Robinson’s Counsel
Trina stops by to see Jordan. The young woman is worried her parents are splitting up. Trina is also worried about them going to prison.
Back at the hospital, Portia summons Gannon and declares she’s reconsidered. The doctor wants him back. Gannon says he needs time to think this over and he’s not going to risk his job. So, he needs to be assured that Portia’s marriage is over.
