Sophia Choi’s Sick Scheme
Let’s start off with Sophia, who is blaming both Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) for her ruined life. After learning that Johnny and Chanel Dupree-DiMera (Raven Bowens) plan to adopt Tesoro, Sophia vowed to make the man suffer.
Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) tried to remind the young lady that she left her baby in a firehouse safe haven box. However, Sophia said she was going to make Johnny wish he were dead.

Sarah Horton Kiriakis’ Plea
Over with Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey), she now regrets wanting a divorce and keeping Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) from their daughter.
Xander is in anger management now. Since Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) keeps covering for Xander, Sarah now wants her family back together.
However, Xander would like to forgive Sarah, but sometimes too much has happened. While they do make out this week during a blackout, I wonder if Xander stops it.
Belle Black’s Confrontation
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Thursday, September 25 reveal that Belle confronts EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). From a weekly preview clip, it seems that this happens in the elevator at the hospital.
However, there is also a Salem blackout coming. Could they get trapped in the elevator together?
Marlena Evans’ Medical Crisis
There is also Marlena, who suffers another medical crisis. The woman will collapse. When she is found in the penthouse, she will be rushed to the hospital.
At this point, the collapses are happening more frequently, sounding the alarm that something is very wrong. Sarah has run tests and has no answers yet. So, it might be time to get some specialists involved.

Of course, everyone will rally around Marlena. Even though she will insist she’ll be fine, Sarah might want to admit her for observation.
Also, Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) enjoy some romance. However, I can’t help but wonder how Chad will deal with Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson) being around all the time.
The man is getting paroled and will stay with Cat. So, how will Chad get over the attempted shooting?
