General Hospital spoilers are in for Tuesday, September 23, 2025. In tomorrow’s episode, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will issue some dastardly orders, while Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) sees a ghost.

Drew Cain Issues Dastardly Orders
General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, September 23, suggest that Drew will prove his shooting did nothing to change his demeanor, as he issues some dastardly orders.
The preview offers some insight into whom he may extend this assignment to, as Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) asks Martin why he needs to go see Drew (and she has a little attitude thrown into that sentence). What will Drew get Martin to do, now?
Plus, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will visit Drew at the hospital on Tuesday’s show. During the promo for tomorrow’s episode, she tells him, “This is your chance to turn it all around!”
Jordan is pushing for Drew to change; however, the look on his face after she tells him this proves he’s not ready to try and be better!
Speaking of Martin, he’ll get a call from someone mysterious. As Erika Slezak’s character is slated to debut this week, perhaps she’s the one who reaches out. Only time will tell.

Felicia Scorpio Sees A Ghost …
… or at least that’s what she’ll believe she’s seeing! Felicia is a patient advocate at the hospital, so it sounds like she’ll walk into John Doe’s hospital room, ready to do her job, only to see Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).
Felicia will be shocked upon seeing her thought-to-be-dead son-in-law – so much so, she’ll drop all her hospital papers. In related news, Anna and Felicia will find some time to catch up during the September 23 show, so Nathan will likely be the topic of conversation.
Still, Felicia won’t be the only one interacting with the police commissioner. In addition, it sounds like Anna will fill Nina in on her “late” baby brother’s alive status. How will Nina react to the news?

Lulu Spencer Needs A Hand
Finally, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will turn to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) for help. After Lulu’s confrontation with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), the momma bear will be foaming at the mouth to put Britt in her place.
However, as Tracy is more preoccupied with Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) passing, she may not be the best person to assist Lulu.

Speaking of Britt, General Hospital spoilers reveal that she’ll feel guilty about something. What’s this about? Britt will interact with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) during Tuesday’s show, and it sounds like he’ll talk about Monica’s death.
Finally, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will have another fight during the September 23 episode. During the GH preview for tomorrow’s show, Portia tells Curtis that he made his choice but can’t admit.
Yikes! Will these two ever land on the same page again? A romantic reunion doesn’t seem in the cards for them.
