Marcel Malone Schemes
Beyond the Gates spoilers for the week of September 22 reveal that Marcel Malone, played by actor Darryl W. Handy, will return to the canvas. The sketchy cop will plot a scheme with the vile Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom), so it sounds like he’ll be up to no good.
In fact, Doug McBride (Jason Graham) could be in trouble. Considering Doug was trying to throw Joey under the bus for his money laundering activities, it looks like the former surgeon’s days are numbered in the land of Fairmount Crest.
Added teasers hint that Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges) will have bad news near the end of the week that will rock the gated community, so will Marcel be the one to cause Doug’s demise?
June’s A Hero
In other casting news, June, played by Jasmine Burke, will save the day for someone onscreen, which is great considering how the character first entered storylines.
The homeless woman is really trying to get her life together, so it’s nice that she’ll be able to do something positive for someone else. Still, who will she act as the hero for?
Speaking of June, her bio daughter, Samantha Richardson, played by Najah Jackson, will also be seen during the week of September 22.
Whatever Samantha deals with Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon) will try to help, but it looks like this will end up upsetting his hubby, Bradley “Smitty” Smith (Mike Manning).
Will the two dads ever “officially” reunite? Smarty continues to try to come together, but they keep getting obstacles in their way, so only time will tell.
